 Oenology pumps Eccentric screw pumps
| Bellin eccentric screw pumps have the great advantage of moving the product
delicately in a constant and uniform manner, which makes them ideal for use in
the oenological sector and generally in agro-alimentary applications.
The 2 principal parts are the "rotor" (round thread screw) which turns eccentrically
inside a fixed rubber part, the "stator". Cavities are created between the rotor
and the stator which more progressively forward in a rotating movement free of
pulsation.
The pump capacity is proportional to the number or r.p.m..
Pumps are self-priming pumps up to 6-7 mt. without check valve.

- Dry running protection system: protects the pump against dangerous dry running which causes damage to the stator and so break-down of the pump.

Thanks to its great versatility, eccentric screw pumps can be used in the oenological
sector in many different ways: for pumping wine-must for simples transfers,
for filter replacement-feeding - filling operation etc
In the agro-alimentary sector, the Bellin eccentric screw pumps have been successfully
used for years in the oil sector for pumping olive paste (decanter feeding),
humid olive residues, filtered and unfiltered oil, etc..
Capacity: from 0,5 up to 100 t/h.
Pressure: 6-12-24 bar. |

for the transfer of crushed grapes and fermented grapes.
